  Filipino guy working there is arguing though we said we wanted cheddar cheese and he kept asking if we want shredded cheese so many times. Asked him what is this shredded cheese. He dais Monterey jack. I hope he realised he answered himself. Cheddar was in front not shredded! He's scratching himself. Served little chicken filling when the rub is so empty. I even asked him why so little. He said that's their standard. Took him it's not were been to other subway stores. Food area looks unhygenic. Not a good representation of subway at all. Same with the one at Cochrane branch near Wal-Mart. Another Filipino guy works there can't be bothered to be clean and helpful. Handles good dirty. Subway management do something....

  Ask for a Sub without Hot peppers and got hot peppers anyway cause the staff had change from the one who took my order and the other one who did it. The day after I went again ask for 2 slices of chicken and that was it but was told that I have to buy a SUB first to be able to buy the chicken peace So I baught a Chicken Sub and got my 2 peaces of chicken on the side Went home Only to see the the sub had no chicken in it!!!!!!!Total lack of communication at that particular location in Banff
