  If you appreciate steaks to any extent - look elsewhere. Steaks here are notoriously bad and kitchen doesn't give ****. This particular earls is $10 per dish more expensive then any other one, awfully loud to the point you just gobble up your meal and run just to keep your sanity. I can't believe I've waited in line for this.

  Had Siobhan as our waitress..she was one of the best restaurant servers we have had in a long time dining out. Extremely attentive and knowledgeable and genuine. Enjoyed her comany thouroghly. Thank you very much for the great dining experience

  We came at a really busy time, but we were seated immediately and the service was really quick. The food was cooked just the way we like it and it tasted great.

  This is a chain so the consistency in product is generally pretty good. However, where I found the biggest struggle was the standard of service. I had to ask to order food from the bar, instead of being offered and when it arrived another server yelled my order across the bar looking for the right customer. My plate was then given to me without being offered cutlery or napkins. Not one of the four different service staff that were helping us during our visit asked me how my food was and our group had to ask for drinks nearly every time we were empty. I gave it three stars because this isn't always the case but I would have given less for that particular experience.

  Good service to start with. Friendly staff. Two servers per table just made things confusing. Drinks brought out that weren't ordered. Food was good but received an extra garlic bread and was made to pay for it. When came time to pay for bills they had to ask us what we'd ordered because the other server had taken the order and lost track. Three of us were then overcharged and only discovered after.
