  The hotel is very new (2016ish) and looks pretty impressive inside the lobby. We rented a one bedroom suite on the top floor thinking it would be a romantic get away. The room was nicely decorated, somewhat small for what I would consider a “suite” and did not contain a bathtub. A big selling feature was the rooftop hot tub. I was expecting a little bit more and this didn’t seem that special to me. Other hotels up the mountain in Banff have beautiful out door hot tubs too and have bigger/cheaper rooms. I would recommend staying here if you get a good deal, otherwise I don’t think it’s worth the price (our room was 300 + tax on a Thursday in January).

  Very nice place to stay. Nice and cozy, beautiful rooms. The warm underground parking thawed all the ice off my truck. Also the security in the parkade is top notch! They even came down to make sure I wasn’t breaking into my own truck! So I feel safe parking and walking through there.

  We just spent MLK weekend at Moose Hotel and Suites. We had the rooftop two bedroom suite. It is a wonderful hotel! It is exactly the sort of cozy wood timber building you want to stay in for a ski vacation. The staff is super helpful. Room service was bang on time each morning. Our suite was very clean and roomy for me, my wife, and two teenagers. The heated rooftop pools were excellent - sort of like hot tubs that are the size of small pools. Great location too. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  Have stayed at The Moose in high and low season and both times were very relaxing despite the much busier Summer season. I like the unique layout with the exterior entrances that face the interior courtyard. It does get cold when you're heading to the rooftop hot tubs but robes are available which help tremendously. The bath products from Rocky Mountain Soap are also a nice touch. The Moose has a higher end hotel vibe but in a low key kind of way. Looking forward to our next visit.

  Their pet policy is amazing! They greeted my pup with a treat and a take home toy. In the room, there was a bed available and water bowl ready to go. The room is on the floor with natural vegetation so we didn't have to walk far to take our pup out to relieve herself. The rooms were great for us too, clean and bright! I would definitely stay again!
