  Fairly nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Hotel was very warm and impossible to control without opening the windows. Breakfast was good but room way to small. We had to take breakfast up to our room one of the days.

  Great place to stay. You could see the fire works for new years eve from our patio. The staff was great this time around. The location is central to everything. I will definitely be going back soon. LOVE BANFF!!

  Front desk staff are Pinay and they are very friendly and polite, speaks excellent English. The place is clean but probably a little old. Coffee and tea and desktop computers are for complimentary use and available near the lobby. Would like to have some additional services like providing guests with slippers, and drinking water heaters inside the room. Also the beds in our room seem to be too high for kids, even for adults who like to hop on the bed easily. Underground parking is convenient, although the whole area is a little bit tight and the overhead clearance is too low. Overall we are happy with our stay and would probably come back but cant give more than 3stars because of what i mentioned above.

  Nice and clean hotel to stay at. Not as fancy as some of the others in Banff but we don't care about those things anyway. The room is a nice size, the beds are comfy. It's nice there is underground parking and free continental breakfast that's quite good. The breakfast room itself is a tad small though. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

  Dog friendly, 25 dollar charge for a dog I think. Which is about what you pay anywhere. The room had a back patio/deck that was shared with all the other rooms on the first floor. It looked like a great place to relax in the summer.

  Very nice hotel. On the main road in and out of town, but kind of at one end, so you have to walk maybe a half mile to get into the middle of everything, but there are still some places across the street. Right across the street from the gas station. Parking is under the building and was available, but could possibly be tight in the summer. The parking lot also has a very low ceiling, my truck fit, but it was an inch from scraping the the room in spots.
