  What a great hotel. There seems to have been extensive upgrades done throughout the rooms and there are more being done at the time. The staff is super friendly. Great location, smack dab in the heart of Banff, within walking distance of everything in town. The rooms are very clean and we really want to take the bed home with us lol, so comfortable. Reasonable price.

  The person who checked us in was very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. He gave us a timetable for the shuttle services which go to 3 different ski resorts which are complimentary. They also sell ski lift passes here. The parking is underground which is great because it was snowing during our stay. The rooms are quite spacious and come with a coffee maker, refrigerator and hot water boiler. The wifi works very well. The bathtub could be cleaned better though, there were still some hairs leftover. The breakfast is pretty mediocre, the workers there don't seem to want to be there at all. The choices weren't really replenished either even though there was over an hour left for breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to a great selection of restaurants and also souvenir shopping and places for ski rentals. I would recommend to stay here, the price was very reasonable and it's a great location.

  Great place to stay in Banff. Great location. Many of the shuttles pickup from this hotel & the public bus service also has a stop right out the front of the hotel. Buffet breakfast is really good, and often the food changes each day. Our room was quite spacious and wifi was decent.

  Reasonable for the price relative to other accommodation in the area. Close to IGA and some good restaurants and has a nice breakfast buffet to get you going in the morning (with hot scrambled eggs, bacon/sausages and more). Didn't try any of the pool facilities but they looked alright. Room was reasonably sized although the bathroom design was a bit weird with the sink separate to the toilet/shower.

  Nice rooms, good complementary breakfast buffet. However, loses a star due to price. We will stay here again next Christmas as the location is excellent and the hotel has a warm vibe, particularly enjoyable around the holidays.
