  The ski pass desk in the lobby was very helpful. It makes it easy to arrive at the hill and simply go skiing without having the hassle of going to buy tickets.

  One of the main tourist attractions when visiting Banff.hotel is huge and beautiful to walk around and explore. There are many restaurants, shops, and things to see throughout the property. Views of the mountains are amazing from every side of the hotel. Rooms are not the impressive factor of the Fairmont I stayed at including this one. They are very small. The ambience of the hotel is why people stay at these hotels. Service is also amazing from staff. Above standards from your average hotel chain. Prices not cheap, but worth indulging to say you did it.

  Parking is far away, not enough room to do drop offs and pick-up in the designated zone. Especially anyone who can't walk more than a block. A shuttle service to the parking lot would be nice. Golf carts can be used to be environmentally friendly..

  The gold floor offers impeccable service. The spa (pools and saunas included) was amazing as well. Although it's not cheap by any means, you definitely get what you pay for.

  I stayed in the top floor. The suite is very well maintained and the room service is phenomenal. The runners are very professional. The cleanings are very well done. It's as if I entered a new hotel room and my belongings so happen to be there.

  My wife and I stayed on the Gold floor and enjoyed the Spar facilities for a weekend getaway. We'll definitely be back!

  Only attended a couple of meetings there, by from what I saw the rooms were fabulous and very spacious. The staff were all very kind and helpful, everyone always had a smile. The architecture is just breathtaking, it is so beautiful. And being surrounded by towering mountains made this one of the most scenic places I've ever had the pleasure to see. I also had a breakfast there that was just delicious. The only issue is it's a good 10 minute walk to town, and in -20 weather your legs are numb after that long. Overall though, if I could afford to I would definitely stay at the Fairmont in a heartbeat.

  Horse sled in the winter. Werner Stables has many well maintained horses.

  The spa service was fantastic. I did not get to visit the public pool, however, the private pool was very clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. I love the idea of an outdoor hot tub which they have for both the private and public pool/hot tub.
