  My husband and I went for a couples massage and it was the most terrible massage experience we have ever had. First of all, my husband requested that the focus be on his lower back due to a recent injury.....there was a total of 5 minutes spent on the entire back. My massage therapist gave me the most uncomfortable massage at points where I was cringing from the pain and the uncomfortable pressures he was providing. I go to massages often so I understand the difference between an experienced massage therapist who is trying to get a knot out, but this was in NO WAY that type of therapy....it just really felt like the person had no idea what he was doing. Never once were my husband and I asked if the pressures were good or never was I asked if I was ok, when my face was clearly cringing once I was lying on my back. We both left uncomfortable and in no way felt more relaxed. Nonetheless, we left no tip and will never return to this day spa. It is too bad as we visit Banff often...we will just have to stick to the other spa venues from now on. NOT RECOMMENDED.

  Such a great local shop. My husband, mother-in-law, and I were in Banff for rememberance day 2017 as a mini vacation. We called all the spas supported by our hotel, and could not get in at the same time or without changing our service. We just wanted a nice pedicure with lower leg massage. Called Sharol, and she got us in the next day. Only two chairs, but nice and cozy, with an intimate feel. They use basins instead of tubs, and show you the cleaning and preparation of your area. They autoclave their instruments and are willing to show you the process. They also use diamond foot tools that are German made and require less rubbing for value removal. Erin and Sharol were our esthetician, and very helpful with telling us where to go for local restaraubts that aren’t corporately run. Well worth the average price we paid. Will go again!

  I went in for just a short last minute massage and it was awesome! It was a relaxing experience and well priced, especially for Banff! I would highly recommend here if you're looking for a nice and relaxing massage

  Sharol gives the best pedicure in Banff! Her staff are friendly and amazing at all services. Highly recommend.

  Had a few massages either B+ or higher. Casual atmosphere with great prices for Banff.
