    She was standing in quite some distance and asked for which drug I am talking about and since you are standing in the middle of a supermarket I spoke with a little discrete voice and she was not able to understand me. Instead of reading the situation she just kept standing where she was and wanted me to repeat. I showed it to her on my phone as I expected this situation somehow. When I came back to pickup the prescription there was still this great atmosphere of zero friendliness + rush because end of day.

    A had a quite unpleasant experience here today. When I arrived and inquired about a prescription the pharmacist was not friendly at all and quite snappy.

    Technically all my requests have been fulfilled to my full satisfaction but service is different. Interaction with a machine would have probably give me less bad feeling
