    We were looking for foot beds in Banff and this was the only store we could find that sold them for less than 100.

    Do I have to pray to give me back my money? They robbed me and they do not care about good customer service.

    I went to the store and told them about that problem. After that I sent the email to the store manager in which he confirms that he can see that the double amount was charged. Even though they admitted their mistake they did not even try to get my money back. It is unacceptable to behave as if it is not their problem.
