  I had a few questions before buying two pairs of Fjällräven Vidda Pro Trousers from Banff Fjällräven store. Phoned the store and got to talk to Daniel, he helped me with answering all of my questions about trousers. Ended up buying two pairs of Vidda Pro and I couldn’t be happier with my new trousers and outstanding customer service from Daniel. Delivery was really quick just two business days.Definitely worth it buying Fjällräven products and specially from Banff Fjällräven store. When a package arrived and upon opening it I have found small envelope with receipt and hand written note which was really pleasant surprise and highly appreciated.Thank you very much Daniel for your excellent customer service.

  Love everything about it, the scarcity of the product also makes it even better. Quality of the product and the innovation can't be beat! Great friendly and helpful staff to boot!

  Staff are helpful and there is a good selection of Fjall's offerings. However, inventory levels are always an issue (I am a men's medium) I have never had an item I want be in stock. Regardless it is a nice little spot.
