  We were in Banff on holiday from Arkansas, USA, and had a flat tire on a Canadian holiday when most shops were closed. We found Banff Service on google but they were closed, plus it was almost 5 o'clock anyway. However, Will was at the shop and repaired our tire anyway. A great guy and willing to help tourists! Thanks Will!

  I needed help in a pinch; Courtney and Sal saved my day! They made time in their fully booked day to diagnose a problem with my car and make sure I got home safely. I got the problem fixed elsewhere, but will be forever grateful to Courtney and Salvador for their expertise, care and attention. The Bow Valley is lucky to have them. Outstanding customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  While on a road trip from Ontario, our car broke down in Banff. We checked reviews of local shops & found Banff Service had the best reviews, for good reason. Banff Service provided exceptional service & workmanship at a fair price. Sal & Courtney went the extra mile to ensure we were able to get back on the road safely and in good time. A honest & reliable mechanic that I would recommend every time!!!

  I took my car in with a noisy tire with instructions to either rebalance , align , rotate or switch tires with a new set that was inside the car . I got a call saying it was done . I pick it up to find absolutely nothing was done about it except that they cleaned the inside of the rims but it still vibarares and makes a sound aswell as one of my tire has a rubbing issue . So after 40 dollars they didn't balance my tires or rotate them and sure didn't put my new tires, which is what I asked for if they couldn't find the cause of vibration and noise . At the time I Am unemployed and don't have much money to play with so paying 40 dollars for them to do nothing was crazy. Never will I go here again. Nothing but bad reviews for any banffites I've came in contact with. They said they took the car for a spin after and the problem was fixed . Within 5 from the shop after leaving I could tell that the problem in no way shape or form has been resolved. I just don't get what I could have possibly said to them to get them to understand to change,balance or rotate the tires which I asked for before booking an appointment . A total waste of time and money . A shop that preys off the constant coming and goings of tourists . As a person living in banff the last 5 years I am very disappointed . It's worth the trip to lake Louise if you want an honest mechanic . Don't go here
