  I rent a car from this budget roughly once a month. Romil is fantastic to deal with - incredibly friendly and helpful despite being often very busy. As long as I enter all my specific requests i.e winter tires in winter months, everything is just as I ask.

  Engine management light went on in car. Had to stop at Budget in Banff and they sorted an excellent replacement vehicle without any problem. Thanks to the man on the desk for all his help
