  I was really disappointed with the Keg, considering the several ones that I've been to in Calgary are excellent. The service was extremely slow, with there only being 4 other tables at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon. The food was bland and soup was cold. The one plus was the way the steak was cooked. If this were the first time I'd ever set foot in a keg steakhouse, I wouldn't be going back. Lucky I know how good they can be

  Walked up and waited to be seated and weren’t even acknowledged by the staff walking by. We were then sat down next to a table who were being loud and obnoxious and when we asked if we could be sat somewhere else they gave attitude and said we could be wait listed for another section. It’s currentky 40 minutes later and we’ve been seated somewhere much nicer and we have our drinks and appetizers and still have not received a text to be seated in a different section of the Keg

  Delicious and great service. One of our bacon wrapped chicken pieces was over cooked. We brought this to the attention of the server and an entire meal was replace. Also, sirloin medium rare was cooked to perfection.

  I was pretty disappointed in my experience. I worked a double on Christmas and this was my one day off, I was really looking forward to this dinner. Server was not very lovely, we ordered an appetizer we were not even half done and our food came. I was looking to relax and drink my cocktail and then have a glass of wine with my dinner. We felt rushed and all we wanted to do was relax and enjoy. It wasn't a very pleasant experience. I am never the person to complain even if something at a restaurant has made me unhappy or disappointed. But this experience was that bad I feel the need to mention it. I also asked for the server to explain a top sirloin and I feel he didn't really know. I'm a server myself and have been for years, so I know what good service is, and this wasn't even close... I would have settled for "good"
