  In short, the service here is absolutely brutal and consistently disappointing. No, I didn't ask for a coffee with a side of attitude. However, despite my disappointment I would like to say that the baking department here is absolutely on point and deserves much praise.

  The best place for coffee and breakfast I found in Banff. I'm sure I'm missing other obvious places, but I preferred this place because the food/coffee was good and there wasn't a ton of people. Staff was friendly.

  One star for being local, another star for decent coffee and a 3rd for cheesecake which was tasty. The loss of two stars is for selling the wife and I a burnt cinnamon bun. If something is burnt do not serve it. The cost of a new bun is far less that the loss of business a bad review can have. The coffee and cheesecake helped save the review but had we just got a cinnamon bun this could of been a one or two star review because that is all a bunt cinnamon bun is worth.

  A simple hello and a smile goes a long way but most of the time they can't even manage that. Being greeted by a blank, almost hostile stare is not a great feeling when you're just looking to enjoy a coffee and pastry.

  A friend of mine recently ordered a decaf coffee here and as the barista was handing it over to her, he commented "this isn't even a real coffee". How rude is that?

  Hot, fantastic coffee, wonderful people and delicious food. Do not miss the chocolate croissant! Wild Flour is worth visiting over and over.

  As a Banff local I thoroughly enjoy the food here. There are many options and the bakery always has fresh baked goods. However, there are a few workers with some serious attitude here and it's a real bummer.

  I will continue to go to wildflour because they provide a great product and I hope that over time I can reverse my views of their customer service. I would be happy to change this review one day.

  The only problem is that they are always busy and the wait time can be a bit. It starts to get confusing with the orders and whose is whose.. The food and drinks don't come out at the same time either, so you could be almost done your treat (if you don't wait) and still waiting for your drink, vice versa. Otherwise, a solid 4 stars.
